We partner with Rently to offer convenient self-guided tours. Simply select the “Self-Guided Tour” option on our website, and you’ll be redirected to step-by-step touring instructions along with an access code to enter the unit.

Applicants are required to have a combined gross monthly income of 2.5 times the monthly rent.
What is your Application Fee?
The Application Fee is $50 per applicant above the age of 18.
What is your Administrative Fee?
The Administrative Fee is $200. Refundable upon conditions. Please contact the office for more detail.
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Our security deposit is $500* per unit. Deposit listed is with approved credit. Based on the credit application, deposits may be up to one and a half months’ rent.

Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes, we require renters insurance. Residents must carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required before move-in and must remain active throughout the lease.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Please contact our leasing office for details regarding any grace period or late fees.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
Rent includes a 3-day grace period. A $50 late fee is applied on the 4th day, followed by an additional $10 per day until the balance is paid. Please contact our leasing office for further clarification.

What utilities are required in the rent?

Uncovered parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is no additional parking charge.

We do not have on-site maintenance; however, we do offer a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent requests. For all non-emergency service needs, you can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or contact the leasing office during business hours.

Yes, we host monthly resident events designed to help build community and create opportunities for residents to connect and engage with one another.
